Juanna Grace Ladaga

The longer I live,
The more deeply I learn
That love,
Whether we call it friendship
Or family or romance,
Is the work of mirroring
And magnifying
Each other's light.
Gentle work. Steadfast work.
Life-saving work in those moments
When life and shame and sorrow
Occlude our own light from our view.
But there is still a clear-eyed loving person
To beam it back.
In our best moments
We are that person for another.

What is a Quietude® Practitioner?
Quietude® Practitioners offer end of life spiritual care and accompaniment for those on the journey of death, dying and bereavement.
I support people who are approaching the end of their life either due to a terminal diagnosis or in response to their own awareness that they wish to explore this part of life for themselves as a way of 'getting their house in order'. The support can include non-judgemental listening, 'M' Technique (a light touch treatment with oil on hands and/or feet), creating a legacy book or container, support with memoir writing, house decluttering, end of life planning and paperwork, facing unfinished business, and funeral/memorial planning.
I work with people individually, in small groups or in larger groups and workshops. I am very happy to hold workshops on this theme for different groups of people.
